  • As a WalkMe Developer at Future IT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying WalkMe solutions to improve user experience and drive digital adoption. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create customized in-app guidance, walkthroughs, and support tools to enhance the usability of their digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • WalkMe Solution Design: Design and develop WalkMe solutions, including in-app guidance, tooltips, pop-ups, and interactive walkthroughs.

    • Client Collaboration: Work with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and tailor WalkMe solutions to meet their needs.

    • System Integration: Integrate WalkMe with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.

    • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform testing of WalkMe implementations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a positive user experience.

    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on how to use and manage WalkMe solutions effectively.

    • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for WalkMe configurations, processes, and user guides.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Proven experience as a WalkMe Developer or in a similar role with hands-on experience in designing and implementing WalkMe solutions.

    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of WalkMe’s platform and tools, including WalkMe Editor, WalkMe Analytics, and WalkMe’s SDK.

    • Integration Expertise: Experience integrating WalkMe with various applications and systems, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.

    • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WalkMe implementations.

    • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications: WalkMe certifications or other relevant certifications.

    • Additional Experience: Experience with other digital adoption platforms or technologies.

    • Knowledge: Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UX/UI principles.
