Risk Management Policy

Future IT is committed to adopt risk management approach and practices into all organizational activities by deploying and continually improving a risk management system by implementing and providing required resources for all components of a Risk Management Framework.

We shall promote systematic monitoring of risks and keep the framework always relevant to context and performance indicators of the organization.

We shall comply to all statutory, regulatory and governance laws as per applicable frame works and integrate risk management into overall business and activities of Future IT.
Service Management Policy

Future IT recognises the importance and is committed to operating an effective Service Management System to ensure that it operates responsibly as a business and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in relation to the Service Delivery for Business Solutions. To support this commitment, we have identified the following key Service Management principles:

Understand and fulfil the service requirements to achieve customer satisfaction.

Design and deliver services based on the Service Management System (SMS) that add value for the customer.

Monitor, measure and review the performance of the SMS and associated services.

Continually improve the SMS and the associated services based on objective measurements.

Continuously improve Service Delivery by measuring and assessing the associated risks and applying effective measures to mitigate those risks.
Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy
(as per ISO 27001:2022)
We at Future IT endeavour to secure our operations from all threats and damages by establishing ISMS policies, regulatory compliances and others information security procedures for information, access control, information systems, network, assets, hardware, work environment, security management etc. to ensure operational continuity and confidentiality, integrity, availability of relevant information.
The ISMS shall be continually improved by setting new objectives and regularly reviewing our processes.
All employees, assigned personnel, contract employees, outsourced services providers and management shall comply with this policy.
